FACILITIES

Shere Hall provides excellent facilities for parties, weddings, exhibitions, classes and meetings. Hall hire can be booked for everything from a coffee morning to a multi-day activity.

When hiring the hall we do ask to consider the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, particularly late at night. It may be polite to give neighbours notice of your event. Print out out noise notice template for your use.

We regret that bouncy castles are not permitted and only assistance dogs are allowed in the hall.

Decoration, Lighting & Sound

Hall decorationThe stage has curtains and lighting. The hall has a projection screen and speakers. The sound system can be used with ipads, phones, and Android phones as well as CD's, memory sticks or SD cards. A microphone is available for use.

Hanging loops are provided at intervals around the hall and a central hoop on the ceiling is suitable for drapes or fairy lights. A small selection of fairy lights are available for use.

Furniture

Tables and chairsThere are tables and chairs available when hiring the hall.

29 tables  (24 folding  183cm x 69cm & 5 folding 91.5cm x 69cm)

145 chairs (40 folding blue, 40 folding burgundy & 65 stacking)

Kitchen

KitchenThe kitchen has a roll-up hatch to the hall. You'll have use of a sink, large oven, induction hob, fridge, mobile hot cupboard & kettle.

Accessibility & Toilets

Ramp and toiletShere Hall has a ramp to the main entrance for wheelchair or pushchair access.

There are two accessible toilets one with baby changing facilities and separate male and female toilets.

Car Parking

Car ParkingCar Parking is adjacent to the hall in a Public Car Park independent of the hall. Car parking charges may apply. See location.
